Suboxone

Suboxone is a prescription medication used to treat opioid use disorder (OUD). It has been linked to tooth loss.

Suboxone is available in two forms:

1. Sublingual Film – a thin, dissolvable strip placed under the tongue or inside the cheek.

2. Sublingual Tablet – a dissolvable tablet placed under the tongue.
